Minimum Stay
We generally have a minimum stay of 2 nights at weekends; 3-night minimum stay over long weekends and 1-night stays are available mid-week subject to availability.
General Please note that we are a GROUP STAY ACCOMMODATION.
The owners of Wine Coast Villas will make every effort to ensure that the property is available as booked.
However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Bookings are firm only when a deposit and completed booking form has been received and acknowledged.
By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Bookings
Submission of the Booking Form along with payment constitutes a Booking. Full payment is due at time of booking online
Security Bond A $500 security bond is payable with each booking to cover incidentals and/or property damage/loss. You will be refunded your bond less any costs within 14 business days of your departure. Bookings made in the name of previous guest are not required to pay a security bond. Returning guest can contact us direct to avoid the inconvenience of an online booking systems adding security bond and waiting for it to be reversed.

Special Conditions
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most guests will respect our property, but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following special conditions.
- The number of people permitted access to the property at any time during the rental period should not exceed the number stated on the Booking Form or subsequently agreed in writing.
- The only people permitted to stay overnight at the property are paying guests. Fees will apply for extra quests that will be agreed by the owners in advance
- Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, may result in termination of rental and loss of the Security Bond
- Cost caused by damage, breakages, theft and/or loss of any property and/or it which belong to owners of Wine Coast Villas. Will result in loss of the Security Bond and/or additional charges
- The owners of Wine Coast Villas and staff accept no responsibility for loss or damage to guest property during the rental period
- Excess cleaning charges will apply if the house is not left in an acceptably clean condition
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside the house will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $250
- In the event of an equipment breakdown or power cut, we may offer a replacement stay or other benefit as compensation
- Pets are not allowed on the properties. Guest aid dogs are very welcome to stay on the property.
- Guests must observe SA bush fire regulations and fire bans at all times.
Cancellation Policy
For a small boutique accommodation business like ours, cancellations can result in an empty house.
- In all cases a cancellation a $200 administration fee will apply.
- Every effort will be made to re-book the property and you will be refunded for each night rebooked However, the following refunds will apply for cancellations made for the following times before arrival.
- Cancellation 60 days before arrival 100% refund
- Cancellation 30 to 60 days before arrival 75% refund
- Cancellation 7 to 30 days before arrival 50% refund
- Cancellation 0 to 7 days before arrival 0% refund.
No refund can be given for non-arrival, unused services or unused nights. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may result in the cancellation of holiday bookings.
